Welcome to Contemporary Temple

This etheric temple space was created for us so that we may continue to strengthen the connections we make on our mats in the studio. Our mission is to return to the Way of Love through the body; to continue to share ancient/future healing arts as a pathway to consciousness for an embodied experience of peace on earth in this lifetime.

With so many changes happening at this time on earth, it is very important to stay connected and to continue to nurture our relationships with our fellow yoginis and yogis. On our mats we co-create a peaceful and loving internal environment, and in community we create shift toward a peaceful and loving world.

Connecting with Source, and with one another, creates a profound shift in the vibration of individuals and the collective. We've all experienced this truth first hand.
